The interview process at Flipp was a positive one. Timing is quite quick overall and you feel in the loop during the entire process. The interviews itself are lengthy and give you the opportunity to really showcase who you are. Flipp puts great importance on fit which speaks to the overall culture. Be ready to answer technical 'real life' questions beyond the basic 'How would you describe...' type of questions.
