I interviewed at Flipkart a month back. The interview process was smooth. Cleared all the interviews but they are now ghosting the candidates. Not sure about others but for the last 3 weeks they are ghosting and finally I gave up hearing from them.

1st Round - Machine Coding
Design a common parking system
2. DS Algo round -
Question 1 - Find the total number of duplicates in a BST.
Question 2 - Given a list of envelopes(height, width). Calculate the maximum number of envelopes that would make a chain. You can only make a chain when an envelope is strictly smaller than the other envelope.
Design Interview - Design an LLD for scrambles.
Hiring Manager Interview
Got a call after 3 days to submit the documents.
Didn't hear from Flipkart since then. Tried calling them, emailing them multiple times but no response to date.
Probably the worst ghosting experience.

It was an interesting interview. Had a mix of coding, problem solving and design discussions. The interview experience for me was a good learning experience, the interviewers were warm and friendly. They were very interested in my experience.

Entretien
I demonstrated strong understanding of Java 8 features, Spring Boot microservices architecture, REST API design, inter-service communication, and database integration. I also solved DSA and LeetCode-style coding problems using optimized, clean logic and explained my approach clearly.

They focused on real-world problem solving how I design scalable microservices, handle performance bottlenecks, ensure data consistency, and take end-to-end ownership, including debugging production issues and optimizing APIs under high load.

It was a drive there were more than 35 people and the process took place on 1 day. First round was machine coding round. The interview question was same for everyone.
