I was given a design assignment which had to submitted within a week. A week after submission of the assignment I got a call to schedule for an in-person interview in Bangalore. A day later I got a call again telling me that an in-person interview is not feasible and they'd do a Skype interview. On the day of the interview, I actually got a call instead of the Skype interview. I was supposed to be interviewing with 3 people, instead there was just 1 on the line. The interview was easy but the interviewer tried to impose his thoughts over mine. Everything written at flipkartcareers.com is farcical with no real meaning. Lots of flip-flops during the entire hiring process and it seemed that the company lacked a rudder with all their decisions are being taken arbitrarily. At the end of the interview, even I was unsure whether Flipkart was a company where I could work. Thank God I didn't get an offer.
