2 interviews one with director of training and the other a mock class room with a few instructors teaching a lesson on a predetermined subject. After the mock class the instructors who observed asked a few questions.

Phone contact with interviewer was very professional and friendly. Followed up with an in person interview at the Orlando location. Staff was very friendly and professional. Followed up by a guided tour of the facilities.

They ask you to teach something in front of the managers. very polite and friendly. afterwards they have a short question and answer session to see how you react. The original interview was over the phone just to verify my interest.
