First "interview" was with a recruiter for about 30 mins, fairly standard behavioral questions. Then a second call about a month later with a staff engineer. This was a pretty negative experience. I found the interviewer abrasive, raising his voice at me repeatedly, emphasizing he had better things to be doing, and overall being fairly belittling. Although I'll admit my answer to the technical (System Design) question was not great, having someone berating and interrupting did not help me. I've done well over 150 interviews for my current company, and regardless of how a candidate does, we treat them with professionalism and respect. I'd like to think Flexport trains their interviewers the same way, and I had someone who fell asleep during their training.

Unclear process and interview questions. The recruiter asks you to prepare for Algorithms and Data structures. The interview was a random question without any context. I resolved the solution properly but I didn't receive any feedback only email rejection from the recruiter. Bad experience
