I applied through a LinkedIn post. 4 week-long interview process. I did 7 interviews with them only to get rejected because of weak programming skills, which I was honest about form the first interview. I don't why they dragged me along for 4 weeks if they were looking for coding experience.

After submitting the CV, received a screening interview call from HR. Progressing to round 2. Interview with the senior executives based in New York. Technical statistical knowledge was tested and discussions of projects on statistical tools.
