A level playing field for different types of candidates. The communication schedule was well placed for preparation even for new entrants in the field. It was a good experience. They showed transparency of the process. Went till the managers round but fall short for the panel interview.

About the deliverables, it mostly deals with the US government's legislative process. Face to face online interview was interactive, to the point, like weakness, strength, how you get through some tough situations...

4Stage Process.
1- I got to know about the Role from LinkedIn, I applied Online.
2.After 2weeks Recruiter reached out me and sent me a written deliverable assignment.
3. From here Process went pretty smoothly and Quick, After written assessment a small 20-25min Interaction with Team Manager.
4.Next Day a panel Interview was scheduled with 2people in each panel. There were 3such panels and every panel spoke for about 30 mins.
Questions were ranging majorly about past experience and how those skills can imposed in this role. Also many behavioral questions were asked about previous role.
