Entretien
The application process took about a week. I had an interview at the Pentahotel in Derby for a role as a customer service advisor for Sky which was previously contracted by Webhelp. I had worked for Webhelp in the past so I thought I had a slight chance as I already knew the role, this wasn't the case. After being told that we would find out the out come of the interview the following day we were left days to be told that first source didn't want any previous Webhelp employers that had left with in the last two years (which mine was over) because they had 'picked up bad habits'. During the interview the recruiters phones kept going off and the whole structure of the interview seemed to be planned poorly. I am overall disappointed with the interview process and the feedback as to why firstsource didn't want to recruit any past Webhelp employees.
