I met with the current executive assistant, then with the director who I would have been supporting. The whole interview was about an hour. Atmosphere in entire office was professional and polite. They were friendly and didn't ask me too many hard questions.

It was standard - phone screen, a few digital and then in person interviews. They hire people for their values and who they are as people, almost more than their experience (but need to meet qualifications).

I have gonna thru the process twice in the last few weeks. BOTH times I followed thru. Guess what? BOTH times they decided to put off hiring until next year and budget resources accordingly. The right hand literally doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Get it together FRB!
