Applied online. Scheduled a phone interview, which focused on what I knew about the company. Then a Skype interview which was more behavioral based. Then a technical interview about kdb+ then a final phone interview which seemed exactly the same as the first one.

Initial phone interview - 15 minuets - They asked basic admin questions that could have just been filled out alone and in my CV already - Interviewer seemed very uninterested and rushed; got the feeling I was one of many interviews to get through that morning Skype interview - 15 minuets - Once again seemed disinterested - More personal questions, such as asking about relevant courses taken at uni - Little information given about actual role - Fell short because I asked and had no relevant work experience (as stated in my CV)
