My worst interview experience ever!!! They took 6 rounds of interviews spanning two months. The interview pattern was strange: first 3 technical rounds where junior members interviewed. Then after one month of silence CEO and VP products rounds. And most strange of all - another technical round that again included the interviewer from the first round! And then they found me unfit! Summed up interview time was 5 and half hours. I guess they were just playing around with me while searching for a cheaper candidate. Totally unethical and unprofessional. Now I feel good that I don't have to join this company

Entretien
One interview with CTO and two rounds with juniors in Kolkata. Final interview with senior management was to be held in one week but no response to phone calls from HR after 3 weeks.
After I sent them an email saying I am no longer interested the HR director gave all kinds on bad reasons, like having too much work on her hands. Imagine working for a company where management does not respond to your queries to do your job.
Stay away from this company. If you are desperate use this company to get a job and leave when you find a better one.
