I called after applying online. Most people need to call multiple times to remind the managers of your application. From there the store manager asked me to meet with him and he interviewed me while walking around the mall. It was very casual. This manager asked my willingness for management position during the interview. Started training in a week later.
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history
interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
