They called a few days after I applied online to set up a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about an hour and consisted of behavioral questions. They help a lot to prepare you for each step in the process, the next being a panel interview with 2 hiring managers. This was one of my first interview experiences, so I was simply unprepared for 2 hiring managers to rapid fire behavioral questions at me for an hour. Overall, they seemed like they genuinely wanted to help you with the process and get you hired in.

A thorough interview with straightforward questions. Questions consisted of what are your goals within this company, what is your educational background, why do you want to be part of this company, etc. Also, you must pass a test that shows your financial knowledge.

Only had one round with the group to discuss background. Took place over 3 zoom calls given current circumstances with COVID. Had a really great discussion and led to advice on how to progress career.

It was really quick and they trick you into thinking you’re going to get a base salary and in the end hit you with commission only... scam and not worth it.
