The initial phone interview lasted about 20 minutes. The recruiter that I spoke to was very friendly and made it seem as though she was on my side to get the position. It felt like a very natural conversation rather than a hard interview.

First a brief phone screening, and then I needed to schedule an in person interview. The phone screening was around 30 mins and the interview itself was about an hour.
