There were three interview stages. The first was with the divisional head, the second was with the panel and the last was with the Executive Director. The first interview held after work hours. It was simple and straight forward. The second was with a panel. I was told to come fully dressed for the last one as I wore a casual dress. They asked about my technical competence and also made an offer on the spot.
