Unexperinced interviewers knowing less than you despite the fact that I was interviewed by Lead Graphics Programmer, his knowledge was rather mixed. Also I was disappointed about their ways of solving problems when for some reason they try to use the most complicated solution at first.

Absolutely fantastic interview process, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The process was a phone screen, a video call technical interview, and an in-person interview which consisted of an office tour, HR interview, and a great chat with the lead. Honestly it was a really fun process.
