Initial contact was though posting on corporate website. Applied online and was contacted a few days later to arrange a phone screen. Screen was with the Director of Business Development. Very nice guy and very positive overall. Two days later received a phone request for an on-site interview with the Director and a technical resource to verify qualifications. Interview unexpectedly and additionally included a VP and Sales Director. Again, all very pleasant and positive. Emails sent to all participants to thank them for their time and consideration, to reiterate my interest in the position and to ask for the job. Subsequent communications with the Director of Business Development regarding length of the hiring timeline. Other candidates being screened/interviewed. Offer extended about a week later over the phone.
