Meet with HR and answer specific questions. There are additional questions asked that measure your ability to work as Store Manager, if they offer job you submit to a drug screening as well as a background check.

Why do you want to work for Fastrac, What is your availability, what was your most difficult interaction with a customer, are you able to lift 50 pounds and can you stand on your feet for 8 hours.

Entretien
I had my first interview at the store with the current manager and district manager. Then I had to wait for my background check and drug test to come back before I got called in for a second. The second interview was to let me know that I got the job and to tell me that I had to drive to Syracuse for orientation. My interview was in 09 but they didn't give me that option.
