The district manager has 100% control of the entire hiring process, including who to hire, which store you go to, and how much you get paid.

Online application, in person interview. Detailed questions that had no close or clear end to them, forcing thought out responses and on the spot thinking. The manager was very helpful with the process and re-worded a question when asked to be a little more specific.
