After applying online, I received an email requesting a phone interview. The phone interview was scheduled and it lasted for about 30 minutes. I was then invited in for face to face interviews. There were 2 1:1 interviews and a wrap-up discussion with the HR rep.
The questions were from the 'Behavioral Interviewing' technique. There were 2 'out of the box questions' to assess my analytical skills. Example: Q: "What is your hobby?" A: "Baseball" Q: "Tell me how many baseball fields are in the U.S.?"

I applied, a recruiter called, we spoke, and he said he would refer to the hiring manager. I sent an email few days later, he said they decided to promote someone within their office.

Entretien
It went well and it was a longer process with two interviews that delved deep into my life and my motivation and dedication to the position. The position was explained in detail and that it was a full time position.
