They called me and scheduled and interview. I ended up spending 3 hours with 3 different people to interview. I was unclear of who they were and what the process was. After I spent 3 hours I did not hear from them over 3 weeks and they called to make the offer.

I arrived there was no manager available to interview me. In fact, they pulled one manager from his desk to do the interview and then he quickly asked me a few questions about my strengths and weakneses
