The process itself was straightforward. Some questions were outside of the box which meant that frameworks and rehearsed interview answers are likely not the best strategy. Interviewers were kind but to the point

What are three distinct ways a business can be transformed?
Usually 2 rounds of interviews: First round consists of 2 interviews (one with a senior business analyst and another one with an engagement manager). the second round also has 2 interviews (principle and partner interviews) but if you do exceptionally well in the first interview of the first round, you get moved up to the second round immediately.

It was un fair cuss the interviewer say to me you are not an engineer so the interview would be a harder for you and then the interview stays for 3hours.
