Submitted my resume through the company website portal, got an email from the corporate HR recruiter maybe 2-3 weeks later requesting availability for an interview by phone with her. After that phone interview, came in for a face to face interview for 1 hour with the Controller for that business unit, then got a job offer the next week.

Easy to answer balance sheet, after 5 years where do you see yourself, why should we hire you.
Why are you leaving any current organisation
Professional and informative, they were efficient in communicating. All managers are friendly and good at describing what they are looking for in the position. They worked closely with my recruiter and kept me in the loop the whole time.
