Several months after applying on ZipRecruiter recieved an email to set up phone interview with the hiring manager. Phone interview happened after a couple of days, covering basic position expectations and company culture points. In person interview was scheduled several weeks later, delayed because of the holidays. In person interview was more intense, consisting of three sets of 1 hour conversations with Program Managers, Accounting Department, and then senior leadership. Each of these groups were very friendly and excited to find the person who would be a long term fit for the organization. Questions were, again, mostly culture and work style in nature but there were a few technical questions thrown in.
