J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez FINRA en févr. 2022
Entretien
I first spoke to a Senior VP. He seemed nice and it sounded like the work could potentially be a good fit.
I then did an interview with a recent grad (note: I have 15 years of experience) which went horribly. They didn't understand anything that I said. They were horribly patronizing. They rejected all the experience that I described because it didn't fit into the entry-level tasks that they were expecting.
Advice to management: Make sure that the interviewers are more qualified than the candidate.

Online assessment - first round , second round, third round, technical screenings and it was a fun process I got selected also but couldn't match my current offer so I chose to stay here at GA
J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez FINRA (New York, NY) en oct. 2015

Initial phone screen with 3 members of the team. A series of math and finance questions during the phone screen (very straightforward, about 10 questions in total). Then given a take-home data challenge (a former Kaggle competition), and prepare a presentation. Invited onsite. Onsite interview involved presenting the data challenge followed by another series of programming and math questions. Overall, interviews are very technical focused, which is great for a Data Science position. The group is young and there are many opportunities and amazing tasks coming in the pipeline.
