It was a linear process that involved a presentation, as one would expect, and the opportunity to meet the wider team. I think it was one of the most transparent interviews I've gone through (though there were 4 stages).

Interviewed with a recruiter first, who asked standard questions and worked off a script to describe the agency. I met with hiring team who were engaging but their questions revealed they were only looking for a specific type of person for the role. Never heard from them afterward, even in response to a follow up email. It's telling when a PR agency is bad at simple communication.
