A recruiting reached out to me and asked if I was interested in the role. The whole process took about 6 weeks. It was a few interviews with the team. The conversations were semi-casual but informative. It really felt like a two-way conversation.

Interviewed with a recruiter first, who asked standard questions and worked off a script to describe the agency. I met with hiring team who were engaging but their questions revealed they were only looking for a specific type of person for the role. Never heard from them afterward, even in response to a follow up email. It's telling when a PR agency is bad at simple communication.
