First reached out in June for a phone call with the recruiter, then took another 3 weeks to tell me that I made it to the next phone interview with the hiring manager. After that it took about 6 weeks for an in-person with 3 people for about 1 1/2, after all that- they ghosted and never responded (it has now been 8 weeks).
