The whole process took about four weeks. After submitting my resume, a representative from Paragon One contacted me through AngelList.co. I was then invited for a Zoom interview where the Paragon One representative and I got to know each other. A week later, I was contacted for a follow-up. I was tasked with producing a teach-back and slide deck presentation to the Paragon One team for the second interview. The teach-back resembled a mock Remote Externship: Social Media Market Intelligence Remote Externship with Facebook. After receiving feedback from the Paragon One team, I was told that I would hear back a week later. The Paragon One team was satisfied with my performance and decided to extend an offer.
