had a short talk with GM and meet staff and was showed the different types of room and what my duties would be . than have to wait for my background check to come back and it was a two week process

there's a face-to-face interview with the general manager then they do a background check. Corporate does the background check to make sure you don't have a criminal record for stealing.

Other than the twenty-minute wait in the lobby, it was a fairly quick interview. The manager cuts to the chase but remains respectful of boundaries and such. I was told I was hired the day after.
