I applied for a position and the HR person contacted me for a phone interview. The phone interview fared very well and HR contacted me again for a second phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager interviewed me and stopped the interview awkwardly after asking me if I had experience in a particular area. The job description did not state that this specific experience was needed.
