Debbie Barket reached out to inquiry whether I'd be interested in coming to the office for an interview. She immediately set the appointment and I sincerely questioned the legitimacy of the offer as it was all via email correspondence. Once there, standard recruiter interview and was invited back for a follow up interview with the company leadership team. (The follow up interview details aren't applicable to express employment as Debbie was not in the room). My biggest take away is how unprepared and unprofessional the process was. I.E., I had to ask for a job description and the follow up interview direction, via email, was come prepared with your first 3 month plan to present to stakeholders. Debbie ignored three (2 email and 1 call) inquires. It's disappointing to see an employment professional without simple follow up etiquette for candidates who are not selected to proceed.
