After two phone interviews and an online assessment (about 1.5 hours) there are two 1 hour interviews with two members of their team. The first hour was with the regional sales manager and area HR director. The second hour was with a local sales rep and the divisional sales manager. A majority of both sessions were questions about your previous work experience without asking many situational questions about how you would handle yourself or represent the company. I will say the divisional manager was overly aggressive on his questions, interrupting many of my answers within 10-15 seconds and did swear once in the interview. I'm not sure if it was a tactic to rattle me to see how I would respond or if he thought I was lying on my resume. Either way the company seems awesome.
