Phone interview with recruiter, did not get called in for next level. Asked about experience with accounting. Took a half hour. Explained ability to prepare financial statements and reports. Was surprised I didn't get an offer it seems like they were looking for a lot of people.

The company didn’t give any feedback after recruitment process and doesn’t inform if someone was successful or not, they ignore candidates and don’t respond on the emails. Very unprofessional attitude by the company which just have started with the business in the new place, if the management says during interview that the people are most important for the company they should show more respect to the potential employees as well
