Phone interview round, spoke with recruiter for Transmission, asked about my experience. Though I had gotten an email that said "I had met the minimum qualifications" recruiter made it immediately clear that since I didn't have a utility/engineering background I wasn't going to get the job even though the job description didn't require those things.
