Found via LinkedIn and total jobs and applied with resume. Was then contacts by head of sales and arrange initial chat over the phone. They then travelled to my location for a face to face interview and where super helpful in meeting my difficult needs with times and location for interview. Face to face was around 1:45 mins and interviewers were energetic and professional. Genuinly enjoyed the interview process and the opportunity to discuss the role and my experiance which I beleive is a much better hiring process than these "assessment days" companies have.
