Friendly and personal asking how I learned about the store and why I wanted to work for the company. Where did I get my inspiration. The interview was based on whether they likes me versus my knowledge and experience.

They sat down and looked at my portfolio and resume. They talked to me about my school and future plans. They then did a hands on project to see what I was capable of.

First there was an initial phone call with a few questions about me and why I'd be a good fit in this position. Then lead to an in person interview followed by a design exercise.

I applied in January. Then got a an email in February about two months later. Then had phone interview with the district manager. Then another interview with the district manager and studio manager. Then the design challenge.
