Recruiter reached out to me for a meeting. We set up a time for the week following. I attended the meeting via the Team meeting link. Waited for about five mins, he did not show up. So I decided to message him on LinkedIn, about another ten mins, no response and no show. I ended up letting him know on LinkedIn that I would be exiting the meeting room and can chat at a rescheduled time. There has not been any response back since then and it was two days ago. I carved out my time from work to attend this interview. Very disappointing how the recruiter just stood me up, no accountability there. Really poor candidate experience.
