Cold, unprofessional and stand-offish. They were vague when I asked about commission structure and training. Seems like they are not focused on hiring quality members but rather turning over a quanity of sales associates each year.

Fairly easy - pretty obvious they're also looking for someone flexible to work shifts and cover aswell. The interviewer was nice, interviewed with three of the managers and one of them pick you based on their need and which area they manage.

What would I do if I was almost about to close and someone walked in wanting to get a piece of clothing? Have I worked in retail before?

Via zoom was fine but impersonal and straight from the book didn’t feel organic. Felt like he was reading from a script. I didn’t think I was asked any questions that pertained to my individual experience
