J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Epic (Madison, WI) en mars 2019
Entretien
I was contacted by a recruiter, then they followed up with a quick phone interview just to get to know me. I did an online skills assessment, and then Epic paid for transportation and lodging for me to come in for an on-site interview. During my visiting day, I was given a tour of the campus, a demo of some Epic products, and got to eat in their cafeteria. There were three evaluative portions-- first, I was given some sample scenarios and had to troubleshoot them. Then, I met with an HR interviewer and did the "classic interview," meaning the questions about my professional goals, my background, what I liked about the company, and so on. At the end of the day, I did a coding assessment.

Started with info sessions. Then broke into a room with an interviewer who asked me to assess a scenario. After that, I had an HR interview. All of these in 1-2 hours on the same day.
Initial phone interview (basic questions about resume, why interested in company and role), skills assessment (multiple parts- personality test, math and logic and coding sections), longer final interview with case study and behavioral questions.
This process included a few online assessments (technical and personality based), calls with a recruiter, one 4 hour day that included multiple technical and non-technical interviews, as well as times to ask questions from someone in the role currently.
