I went to three interviews over the course of multiple days. Around 5 hours of interviews not including travel time. One interview was with a panel of prospective team members. I was asked very pointed questions about how to resolve their ongoing devops questions. The questions were strangely specific but easy. All went fine. No follow up. I reached out to interviewing manager (also company owner) twice over the next 1-2 months. The manager never responded to the first contact and asked me to wait after second contact. I took a different job in the meantime. Company seems to lack direction. Avoid if you value your time.
