J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enterprise Mobility (West Mahopac, NY) en avr. 2011
Entretien
6 different interviews with the same basic questions. (Wasted hours of my time traveling to meet all these "regional managers"-- that said) Lots of smoke and mirrors. They promise you all this growth opportunity, but I'm glad I didn't accept the offer. Friends I know who did got trapped there for years. They give u 5 days off a year as a new person and you have to work LONG weekdays and half days every other Saturday. What red flag does this raise for me?? That this gives you no time to look for othe employment once you realize you're being over workee and under paid-- and you're locked in. Seemed like a reasonable place to learn about sales and basic business skills-- but not anywhere I could see myself growing or being happy. I luckily accepted a client services position and a growing tech start up in NYC and I'll never look back.

Entretien
Initial was ok but face to face was very judgmental and reminded of an interrogation. Not sure what they were looking for exactly. I answered the questions but I guess not good enough and I know I have great experience.
