2-step interview. One phone call screening and the second in person. Ask questions about transferable skills—scenario questions regarding behavior and leadership. Questions about studying habits and learning abilities. gage in daily accounting processes and procedures, playing an active role in accounting operations and the month-end close process.
typical interview with some analytical questions. most questions about yourself and lots of "tell me about a time" questions. come prepared with questions for interviewer. otherwise pretty standard interview, analytical questions about excel and basic accounting principles
Phone interview and a zoom interview very straight forward process. Took a couple weeks after the phone interview to set up the final interview. They asked very basic questions and why I was interested working at enterprise.
