J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enterprise Mobility (Memphis, TN) en déc. 2010

      Entretien

First, Enterprise has an excellent Manager Training Program that will look great on any resume. I applied online and received a phone call from their recruiter person. She was nice, but obviously had called plenty of recent college graduates that day, but she really had no interest in talking to me. I went for my interview a week later, which happened to be the day before my graduation, and I waited for about thirty minutes because another candidate was being interviewed. The Branch manager, who would have been my boss, and the area manager were the ones who conducted my interview, and the area manager had her cell phone on vibrate and it would repeatedly go off every few minutes and she would text or read her message during my interview. They were able to answer all my questions and told me the interview process consisted of three interviews and when I asked about the candidate pool, the area manager said "Oh, that's something you really shouldn't be worried about because we always need people." I walked away feeling a little rushed, because for as long as I waited my interview only took 15 minutes, but I was also very positive. A few days later the same recruiter girl called me to set up my second and final interview, and she said the regional manager would be the one interviewing me. It was three days before Christmas, and it was the only time I could really be fit in because the regional manager was going on vacation for two weeks. I drove two hours to their Regional Branch location, and waited for another 30 minutes to be interviewed. A young guy, came out to get me and takes me to his office and when I walk in there are three other people in there all greeting me (so, four total interviewers). It was definitely overwhelming, because over the phone it sounded like it would be like the first interview it would be two-to-one again. I honestly felt like they were just messing with me the entire time, like they didn't have anything else better to do than tease young college grads, and wait for their Christmas vacation to start. See, my degree is in Fashion Merchandising, and they kept asking me about my degree and saying they knew nothing about fashion, most of my interview was based on my degree, not on my ability to make sales. Honestly, I think they thought I was stupid because I have a degree in fashion, but merchandising is all about making sales. Anyway, I still thought it went well, we all kind of laughed (at me) and the "final" interview was a lot more laid back than the first interview. So, I thought they just wanted to get to know me. About a week later, after the holidays I received an automatic email response saying I did not get the job. I was pretty upset about it. So, I emailed the recruiter girl and simply asked what I could improve on and I never got a response back. For a company which portrays professionalism... they weren't. The interviews weren't very professional, and neither was the attitude in their offices. If you are looking for management experience, this really won't help you, you are pretty much a glorified sales associate/taxi driver. You won't receive any management experience in your first year; actually, you have to take two different standardized tests to be promoted and then you can learn their management, but must have completed 9 months of training before you can take those tests. I have no desire to rent cars to people, I was mainly interested in Enterprise because they do NOT drug test for this program. So, if you possibly have the interest in renting cars to people, and don't want to take a drug test... this might be the place for you. All-in-all I had to travel a total of 8 hours (2 tanks of gas) to my interviews and I had buy the white oxford they require for the interview, to pretty much be bullied around during my interview process.

      Question 1

Other than personality questions, they only asked me about my degree... which has nothing to do with cars. but has everything to do with selling.

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

Tell me about a time you had to overcome adversity. What do you think is the most important part of sales? Why Enterprise?

The interview was lasting 3 minutes and was abruptly ended by the interviewer. I was not happy about this. I was not asked any questions from my side. Please do not apply to this job.

Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
