The process consisted of a phone interview inwhich they asked basic questions about customer service and sales. You have to sell yourself as having both skills even if you haven't had a job that used those skills before. There are normaly two interviews in person but I was offered my job during the first interview. Its a fast paced and stressful environment but a positive attitude goes along way.

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
