Very quick response and professionalism throughout the process. It was a long process with 4 stages but it did allow me insight into the company. The Assessment Centre is tough but the senior managers are extremely friendly and professional. The branch visit was good so I could see exactly how tough the environment is.

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
