Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enterprise Mobility (Sacramento, CA) en janv. 2012

The interview process is very extensive. First, you interview with a Recruiter, which for me lasted almost an hour. They ask you 20-25 questions so be prepared. If the recruiter thinks you are a great fit for the position then, s/he will recommend you to an Area Manager, who you will interview with next. The second interview consists of shadowing a Branch manager for about 30-45 minutes to see how one location runs and then the next part of the interview process is the question part, which some questions you'll remember from the interview with the Recruiter. If you make it to the end, they'll break down how the pay works, which most of it comes from overtime pay because of having to work about 50 hours a week. So that means your hourly comes out to around $12-$13. Don't know if it's worth it in the end.

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

The interview was lasting 3 minutes and was abruptly ended by the interviewer. I was not happy about this. I was not asked any questions from my side. Please do not apply to this job.

Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
