This was one of the strangest interviews I've ever had. Their approach is to go directly into an adversarial mode, throwing the candidate into defensive position. Your natural defensiveness is then used against you, with accusations of being argumentative. Imagine that! One of the two admins told me they had just fired an admin that had been there only one month, because 'they didn't fit in'. EnerBank has very serious organizational issues within their IT department. This will continue until their 'leadership' is replaced by an adult with knowledge of leadership concepts.

How do you feel about 'discussions' relating to politics, religion, etc. at work? We ask, because we often have these kinds of discussions, and I've had to counsel people on it when they got out of hand. REALLY (?!???!!!?)
