I applied for the position online and was contacted by the head of Human Resources a couple of days later to schedule an interview. On the day of, they gave us a paper to answer interview questions. After that, saw a short video and the head of HR talked to us a little bit about Healthsouth, the job position and answered questions. Then they called us individually and was interviewed by HR, head OT and Rehab Director.

This was a virtual interview and I had spoke with the recruiter prior. It was conversational and everyone I spoke with was friendly! They gave me a pretty in-depth overview of the job as well.
