It is a multi step interview process including 3 rounds of interviews. A phone screening and then two additional interviews. The interviewers were very nice and conversational. It was a very traditional interview process.
1 online application, 2 remote interviews. A prerequisite to be an alumnus of the program and a recent grad. The interview was with the Director of the team at that point in time. Lots of questions around experience on the Enactus team and the position that I held on the team.

Entretien
The interview process was warm and welcoming with questions that felt relevant and exciting to answer. The questions revolved mostly around describing past experiences with teamwork and collaboration as well as how to deal with problem solving and strategic planning
